About the event
True to Ourselves: Philosophy, Authenticity, and Confession
Confession is synonymous with Catholicism but can its practice by of use in secular society?
This month we welcome Dr Jonathan Beale. Using the life the British-Austrian philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein, renowned for his work on logic, the philosophy of mathematics, mind, and language, Dr Beale will examine the power of speaking about our own failings.
Then add some great songs, sung with The Word Of Bob, and all the other fun things that make a Sunday Assembly.
Doors open at 30 mins before the Assembly starting. The best way to meet new people is to come early.
